Aurelio Conti founded the company in Florence in 1920. Today it is based in Sesto Fiorentino near Florence and operates as Conti Valerio S.r.l. The brand celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2020. According to the maker, the grinders are assembled by hand in Florence.
Positioning
Eureka builds Italian espresso grinders for home and hospitality. The Mignon range is considered a reference for serious home use.

The Mignon Specialità launched in 2017. The Mignon Silenzio is the quiet variant with a sound-insulated housing and 50 mm flat burrs.
